DEMOCRATS ARE A DANGER TO BLACKS
What good have they done? First off, they made the Jim-crow laws. They were the racist. They were the slaveholders. The republicans fought for equality to African Americans.
Now the Democrats are just giving everything to the African-Americans. Why is this bad? It makes them not want to do anything. It also gives the democrats votes. They're still using the blacks for their own good.
Now they're trying to go back. They want segregated classrooms. Liberals are saying we should segregate blacks. WHY IN THE HELL WOULD YOU THINK THIS IS GOOD?! Segregation is what hurt the African American society so long ago.
End rant.

Edit: The segregation is supposed to be positive. Encouraging The delinquents to become good by making them be with other, smarter, African Americans.
