Bastion seems a bit too much. I'd say you should be able to activate it at the cost of some super energy.
That, or have it small enough and focused into a front shield, much like the Hardlight Shields in Halo.
Edit: Jester is [u]very[/u] intriguing to me.

I thought the bastion would be a bit over powered, I made it a bubble not a wall incase the rocket goes past the wall so it will kill you anyway. But taking some super energy would be a good idea.

Yeah. While Exotics should feel overpowered, they shouldn't break the balance. Most players complain about that with the exotics that we have, even though they can get around it... Anyway, you have to add something of a "limit" or "cost" to them to appease the crowd.
