I understand that the chance of a 2-shot kill is what made it exotic, but this shouldn't exist in PVP. No primary should be able to kill significantly quicker than the average. Hawkmoon, Thorn and TLW were all stupidly guilty of that in Y1. Luckily Hawkmoon is no longer an issue; Thorn is still somewhat guilty of it in Y2, but thankfully not as much, and TLW is still broken af.
