It's glitched. It's supposed to grant lower zoom, wider field of view to accommodate the CQC sniping commonly seen now, but as soon as TTK released, they somehow screwed up the perk, and now it functions like a regular custom optics perk, which actually gives [i]more[/i] zoom. It sucks, because it was my sniper rifle throughout year 1, for PvP [i]and[/i] PvE.
