Im a PVE player, not PVP. PvP isnt meant to be the main part of the game, this is meant to be a PvE game. Certain exotic PvE weapons need slight buffs to be viable options. Why would I go with a 4 second invis when I could use Icebreaker? Black Hammer (prenerf) and Gjally on a strike? (Thinking y1 because thats the only time I used it)
