He took everything he made in the video off of twitter suggestions. Should he come and ask EVERY person who plays Destiny for their opinion? These people have tens to hundreds of thousands of subscribers for a reason. Even if the majority of the community doesn't know who they are (which isn't true) a decent chunk of people know who they are, and serve as a sample for the larger community for them to base their response on. I don't know what kinda rock you live under, but wherever you go to for Destiny, being the forums, reddit, youtube or twitch, the problems he stated are agreed on universally.
