whyre are people giving hate and responding negatively..? unlike 99% of posts, he actually has a point and makes sensible 'tweaks'..
yes, 21 rounds are extensive, reducing to 15 or 16 rounds is understandable..
yes, hidden HCR are wowsa, having HCR as an optional perk, instead of quickdraw or agility, is understandable..

Actually feild scout is a perk you choose so it's up to the player if they would rather have more ammo
