Maybe you should assume I find your "valid" reasons and nerf suggestions horrible about a gun most people find balanced. It's better than looking like a jackass and thinking I'm defending without reason. Pre firing while strafing around a corner and back? Are you serious? That's what you call no penalty for missing and needs a nerf? That can be done with almost every scout and about a dozen less bullets. It's not some insane fool proof tactic only the Mida has because of a larger mag. Pre firing is about prediction and nobody in their right mind would shoot off more than 3 shots hopping someone runs into that bullet stream coming out of a door.
