I'd worry more about storm callers that know how to use them, sunbreaker that have the balls out mentality, and resurrection perfectionists over the fist of havoc

Fist of havoc nets you around 1 or 2 kills. It is designed that way. Unlike the stormcaller of gunslinger or Sunbreakers. Fist of havoc is meant to deny access. Honestly it is fine. I'd be more worried about stormcallers than the striker.
