Good post...I personally am not going to play Iron banner because the loot for myself and the fire teams I played with was so abysmally bad last time around. Add to that rift, and add to that that I finally broke down and bought fallout 4, and I'm out for this iron banner, as much as I love it usually. Lastly, skills based matchmaking plus the historically bad iron banner lag equals just no. I'll be back once things get less janky.
