FoH is strong, but the player needs to be close to enemies to use it. I have died countless before being able to activate it because enemy players killed me before i got close enough to them. Using it in the open is much harder than indoors, unless you are good at aiming it using Death from Above. It's not all pros, like every other super, it has cons. Stormcallers landfall is more of a panic button than FoH.
