Is SBMM also in Iron Banner and ToO?
For example in ToO will I get matched with players of my skill level unless there is none with the same wins as me?
That explains why I am doing so good lately...

Nah i think its based on your win card. In my experience the connection in ToO is usually pretty good to me

I don't know, but it's very possible I think it's based on elo rating rather than k/d if you look at your recent matches, the average Elo score for each team is too close to be a coincidence

I'm sure it just means bungie uses similar calculations for their sbmm that these 3rd party sites use to calculate elo.
