Warframe is pay to win destiny is not.
Title says it all, in warframe you can literally buy all the best stuff and get the best frames, weapons, mods. What bungie is doing is just for the new players, I mean how hard is it to get to 25???

2 RisposteWarframe allows you to buy everything but not necessarily go use it. You have to achieve mastery to use some items, so you still have to "git gud" if you want to access all the items/missions in the game. It's kinda lame, but then again, so is this whole EXP boost thing. Also it could be worse. Pre v1.8.0.0, Warframe made you pay actual money to revive more than four times a day. I don't think even Bungie/Activison would do something like like.
