We ended up inviting some 13 year old kid off of LFG into our group once, and the first thing he did was start hassling a guy in our fireteam who was on a 308 alt (yet he'd been holding his own perfectly well, bear in mind). "You're only 308 dude? F**king noob. Have you even done the raid yet?" The 308 guy was wearing a full set of raid gear. We kicked that little sh*t, and it was glorious.
