1 Rispondiyour problem is that the majority of the US has terrible internet for the price of good internet so they have to optimize for the Lowest Common Denominator. corporate corruption and greed is to blame for that. ie, for over 10 years they've taken billions in tax payer funded subsidies for development of high speed fiber optics but still have yet to implement it.
