I'm looking to start a serious raiding clan. I have already made the clan however it is just me. I want to find a couple of guys who are interested in helping me get it up and running. I'm looking for 315+ Light players with all Challenge Modes completed and full understanding of raid mechanics. My goal is to have about 18 players at max to keep it small and close knit. This also means in total there could be three raids ran at once. I want to do speed runs and explore different strategies and mechanics in the raid also.
