Play VoG, CE (both on Hard Mode), and PoE. From VoG and CE, play threw the whole raid and collect your shards and energy. From there any weapons and armour you get dismantle them. Now go to the speaker and turn all energy into shards for 50 glimmer each, turn all shards into motes. Easy 15 motes from each raid (30 ish total). PoE, just play it :p also easy motes. Do this on all three characters for a total of around 90 motes :o Just saved you many hours of strikes :p
