How do I ask Bungie to replace missing packages?
My PSN name is iLowroadi (not the one displayed here) I recently used over 1200 motes of light and other resources to upgrade my Dead Orbit faction rep from lvl 5 to lvl 20 and only recieved 3 or so packages. I was supposed to get one for each level upgrade but they never appeared. That's over a dozen packages that I'm missing and I need the shaders.
Does anyone know how to contact Bungie and ask them to look into it? They track so many stats I'm hoping they can just look at my account and see that the packages were never applied. Thanks!

1 RispondiHello Captain, I do not know why you did not get your packages but Bungie can not give packages or return any of your items.

2 RisposteWere you picking up your package after each rank up? If you go up multiple ranks without picking up the packages, each new one will overwrite the previous one. It's been this way since Taken King came out, just fyi, but as others have said, Bungie won't replace lost items.
