Facepalm. The only way the average K/D is higher than 1.0 is if there are more kills than deaths, which can't happen. However, the opposite CAN happen; people often blow themselves up or fall off a cliff, making for more deaths than credited kills. The average ratio is then less than 1.0. If "Misadventure" were on the post-game report as a player with no deaths and who got credit for players killing themselves, then the ratio would always be 1.0.

    Facepalm... you don't know how averaging ratios works. Go back to school. If you add up the total kills and deaths of all players then calculate the kdr, it can't be higher than 1.0. This is known as global kdr. Not average kdr. If you take each player's individual kdr and then average them, then you get the average player kdr which is 1.0494. See my other reply to the OP for details.
