This data could be skewed.
What if a bunch of people play every day since release and goes 0-30 every game till now.
Having a 1.0 doesn't necessarily mean you are good if the majority of people are negative kdr.

Think about what you just said. If a "majority" of people have negative KD (your scenario, doesn't matter if it's accurate) then a 1.0 would be non-negative and thus in the minority. That would be the definition of good, because it's better than the "majority".
