If raid matchmaking was added, I doubt the numbers of raid completions would spike by a significant amount.

So why no try? Certainly the status quo isn't working well. We're talking about something, matchmaking, that's been around for years. And it's not like they don't have the resources to make it happen with minimal fuss.
