So I definitely have had a lot of people/friends/family suggesting that i should switch from my 55 inch 4k TV to a desktop monitor, so I wanted to give it a shot with a spare monitor I had sitting around the house. When looking at my Asus monitor I noticed that there was no HDMI port to direct connect my xbox one to. Now, I know that there are extensions, converters, and adaptors, but I don't know which one to use. Any help on the subject would be AWESOME. If you are running an adaptor/extension/converter of some sort with an older desktop monitor, please give details of how you did it and what parts it took to make it possible. Thanks in advance guys!
