What I do is go stand next to them dance and go for my dinner or tea or watch the news or practice my guitar for 20 minutes. They have usually gone by then. Except for one dude who sent me a text telling me I was a Dick for not playing. He did not play all the way to the boss. Me and my team mate stopped there and went to the toilet then just chatted about shit for all eternity. We watched him attacking and punching us to get a response. He threw grenades and shot us. It was so funny. He eventually left.
