[b]a rat eats his way out of the stitched-shut eye and the man screams in agony, but Shepard just calmly forced him to chug lighter fluid, the. Shoots him strait between the eyes with a .44 caliber revolver, throwing a match in after him to Burn the remains[/b]
".... Feels good knowing I just ended a murderer, especially one that destroyed my kind.."
[b]he drops a grenade into the pit[/b]

Roger stays silent, watching the last flames.

[b]his head twitches to the left as he watches as well[/b] "I was forced to do this exact same thing to my family... In this exact same ditch..."

"That's horrible." He stands silent for a moment. "I have some bad news."

".... Go on..."

His face darkens. "Nightmare has betrayed us. When Tara saw Mute dead, Nightmare took advantage of her emotional weakness and took over her body. Now he's gone to who knows where."

[b]he sighs[/b] "we'll try to find her, I'll go with you."

"We've already seared Erot and a ten mile radius around the place. We aren't finding her unless he wants us to."

"Crap... We've lost 4 Shepards within a week.. Damn it."

Suddenly Tara appears before them, her eyes yellow. Roger grits his teeth and recoils.

[b]shepard recoils as well, blocking his face with his clawed hand, drawing his .44 as well[/b]

[u][i]Heh, don't shoot. You wouldn't want to injure her. I'm just here for you.[/i][/u] She points at Roger and a dark beam shoots out of her finger. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" He falls to his knees.

"NO! Tara, you need to clear your head... Or eat some salt... He's a demon, right?? Roger??" [b]he trains the handgun and with a flash of light, Shepard has dissapeared,[/b]

[i][u]Salt? Really? No matter.[/u][/i] The beam stops and Tara lowers her hand. Roger is engulfed in a dark aura and he is writhing on the ground.

[b]shepard dissapears momentarily, only to reappear behind Tara, tying her hands together with zip ties[/b] "Ghost soul, boyeeeee."

She flashes and appears elsewhere, free of the bonds. [i][u]Uber epic demon fool.[/u][/i] Roger is now lying motionless.

[b]he begins throwing crosses and holy water at her, screaming "CHRIST BE WITH YOU" over and over[/b]

She is now wet. [i][u]Really?[/u][/i] She flocks her hand and Shepard is thrown across the sand. Roger is once again covered in darkness.

[b]he. Braces himself and aims the revolver to her head[/b] "Really, Tara? Are you going to let him take you as his own? Are you going to sit there as your friends and brothers in arms burn? I know you can hear me, love seen what you've done on the behalf of others.. Don't go out like this.."

"H-he's just t-to strong." Tears form in her eyes. [i][u]No! You're mine![/u][/i] A massive wave of energy blows Shepard back and knocks the gun from his hand. Roger is now free of the aura and is breathing is quite heavy.

[b]he flies backward, breaking his arm[/b] "AGH! PLEASE, TARA, TAKE HIM DOWN! ONLY YOU CAN FORCE HIM OUT OF YOURSELF... Unless you want yourself killed..."

She grits her teeth. "G-get out OF MY HEAD!" Her head gives off a strange mist and she falls to the ground. [i]No! How is this possible. What ARE YOU!?[/i]
