I feel that loot should be performance based rewards rather than luck based rewards, at least for strikes or the crucible. I am so sick of being 1st in the crucible or doing all the work in a strike and not being rewarded for it. (Someone commented below it should be performance based, and OP said some AFK scrub got an imago loop for doing nothing) (Which is where I got this opinion from)
