Dust Palace Bug
There seems to be a rare bug where if the taken spawn at the 3rd door you need to open nothing will spawn and your ghost will not open the door. The only fix appears to be to kill yourself. Has anyone else had this happen? This would be the second time for me.

Same here just happened on the nightfall however we managed to kill the adds behind the door which didn't open. The music started for the final boss battle but we could not go passed the door death only resulted in respawn as it was no longer a darkness area
