You're assuming I'm talking about light level. I got a grand total of 4 drops across all 3 chars to level 5. My level 5 packages contained 1 ghost and 2 chest pieces, all lower than the gear I already have. Bungie says drops are the primary method of getting gear... I guess someone there didn't get the memo. Giant waste of time.
