Have built in weapon perk 'Outlaw' (precision kills increase reload speed) therefore causing any equipped weapon to reload faster after a precision kill
I think it should be something for all the classes just like the crest of alpha lupi/ light beyond nemesis

Precision kills have a chance to instantly revive revivable fallen fire team members in order of least time remaining on revive clock Secondary perk: Infrared. Hidden enemies are revealed when aiming down scope.
