The main reason I like making theories. I find them fun to make. Anyway I know that card and it calls them multiple thing but the problem is that they can't realistically be all those things at once. But I focused more on how Xur says he is controlled more or less by the planetary alignment and how seeing as how the vex have "minds the size of planets" I wondered if maybe the nine had something similar. Then consider that there are 9 planets, but then I remembered how they discontinued Pluto as a planet so then my mind drifted over to the theory that you see up top.
