I set up drug deals and other illegal activities over Xbox live and PlayStation network. It's a form of communication with no control and moderation and can not be traced.
Isis does the same thing.
Any smart criminal would do this.

That isn't actually true. You can be traced and monitored. The issue is that none of these services do it on a large scale and none of them make it easy for outside agencies to follow/listen/trace, etc.
