I feel your pain guardian. My first RRoD was on a midnight release of bioshock. The only game my x wanted to actually "watch" me play.
Edit:honestly felt like Dante from Dantes inferno trying to get my 360 back.

Oh no, Don't feel bad. I was so happy because I needed a reason to get the Limited Edition Gears of War Xbox 360 to tell my wife. The timing was impeccable.
