Yesterday I completed the queens ransom quest twice and did not receive the legendary marks. I noticed that Bungie put up something saying they're aware of the situation, and put a link to their twitter, which has a link back to the same page. I mostly just want to know where i can go to report this issue so when they award the marks retroactively I don't get left out.
