Weapon balance..not needed in PVE
How many people worked for their fatebringers and gallys...we all have that m8 that went into melt down when their Gally finally dropped.
I remember farming for hours to get the 'ultima' weapons in final fantasy...
...those moments were a lot of fun and it's fun to get the best guns...why is bungie obsessed about evening everything out..not needed in PVE imo
