No, makes no sense to me how they implement a way to upgrade our old weapons to highest attack value then just take it away for no reason. If they want people to use the new weapons rather than the old ones they should just make them better. Seems as though every time they make an improvement they take one step forward and two steps back. Kinda sad the best raid and raid weapons was vault of glass
