Nope...destiny is not considered competitive to the competitive community. I have played leagues, tournaments etc...destiny will never be competitive without custom rulesets and private matches. Dedicated servers would be nice and the option to specifically turn off aim assist would be a start. I appreciate players who only ever play public games think the games are competitive, but would you really watch the vast majority playing on twitch..etc...id be embarrased at the std if play, probably 95% of destiny players are awful in comparison to what would be need to play in a competitive environment. Probably less than 100 players wiuld actually be good enough to participate in decent level competitions.
