Maybe they could just cycle announcers such as Shaxx, Holliday and Varix

Or, everybody gets their own announcer each race. That could be interesting. You hear cayde come over your headset and say "I've got a lot riding on this. Nothing of mine, but if you lose, Eris....Eris will be looking for her rock for a long time."
