You're a -blam!-ing retard. I have consistently had a 1.25 k/d since day 1, check my Destiny tracker fool. Do you think I got 20,000 kills in the crucible in the last three months since TTK dropped? I hardly even played as HoS in the beginning because I was completing all of the PvP quest for sub classes which start with striker, then defender, and HoS last (now changed so you have access to all at the same time). Do some more research before making stupid comments.

WOW DUDE. Again you make a fool of yourself. I was playing as a defender last night and therefore was using shotgun + PR. If you looked at my overall stats you would see that 25% of my kills all time are with hand cannons (Mr. Jaren Ward). Also, over the last month I have twice as many sniper kills as shotgun kills.
