Its been happening to me too, I have hit people in the face with hammer 3 times and take out just the shield. Its like wth did they do to it, they messed up the damn sub class. I love titan class but once again Hunter its the best class for PVP. They always had the most kills in PVP between Gunslingers and Bladedancers, now Nightstalker its up there. Titan always had the least, and the only good class for PVP that its not suicidal gets nerfed so much it aint even funny. They only had to nerf the armor, yet they messed up the whole damn subclass.
