The chopper begins to rattle, most likely Grell trying to take down the chopper

[b]Diana and Jess both stand, holding assault rifles to him, firing a round each into his chest[/b] [spoiler]I really won't let you get out of this. I'll call up Lance if needed, but Grell won't get out without major injury. [/spoiler]

The chopper continues to rattle, and grell screams "It's not me!' an earsplitting screech erupted from the chopper, and the engines failed, the chopper spiraled towards the ground

[b]It lands in the middle of the ocean, everyone but you phasing out, JT taking the cuff keys, and swimming away, leaving Grell to drown[/b]

Grell struggles underwater, but a familiar face appears, using TK, he undoes grells cuffs, and Grell surfaces, gasping for breath. "Yuri, thank you." Yuri smiles "You got it, 'Uncle'." the two levitate, trying to get as far away as possible before the chopper sank, no longer providing cover

[spoiler]No. No magical air bubbles, and Lance never brought yuri. Not to mention yuri would be outside the heli, plunging 3000 feet into the ocean, likely breaking legs. No. Grell is dead[/spoiler]
