Mines do not make damage to Oryx
Hey guys, need your opinion.
Yestreday we run Oryx in order to complete the challenge.
Issues: on the 4th cycle 4 people go to detonates the mines (we recorded the run and check the video) and we see that 4 people detonates 4 mines.
Results: 1st try, the damage to Oryx is equal to 3 mines.
2nd try the damage to Oryx is equal to 10 mines.
We do not understand the reasons...
There is a scenario when you activate the mines that not all the mines make damage to Oryx?

The blights are dps/dmg multiplyers which is why you want to stack dmg after detonation to give fireteam more time to get back to aura. Play around with it in normal using high dps weapons like doctrines passing or other max fire-rate auto rifles(Fun FACT: 320 doctrines passing will do more dps "non precision" than 320ToM). In addition, I encourage all players to actually try and learn what's happining in raid and notice the patterns. If the issue is blights not going off that's a lagg/communication issue which means you should refresh. If your seeing more dmg sometimes than others even by a little that's b/c the dmg/dps dealt to oryx (not the blight) was higher.

I had same problem we stood in bombs for 8 secs and they didnt detonate we had 2 people shooting chest the whole time

While detonating hit your bombs. Not just stand in the aura of iT

gotta shoot his chest! two people should constantly hit oryx at least to take damage!

1 RispondiChances are someone started the bombs off first. It is likely down to wrong timing somewhere. That's all I can think of.
