NARUTO VS. LUFFY! WHO WOULD WIN AND WHY?
EXPLAIN YOUR ANSWER. For me It's luffy because gear 4th would wreck. Also he has the power of Armament haki which is his main defense against naruto and his Jinchuriki mode.
Naruto has much more speed than luffy, even gear second probably couldn't keep up with naruto in any way. But I believe luffy has more sheer strength than naruto, but luffy would easily be able to dodge any ninjutsu naruto throws at him. It would all come down to hand to hand combat, and in my opinion, luffy is superior.

Naruto with is sage art and six paths power will allow him to move at great speeds. Kurama already gives him enormous chakra and with all 9 biju Naruto will have almost infinite chakra. He also has truth seeker orbs around him and can fly (Six Paths power). The seeker orbs are lethal to anyone who touches them.
