Patch 2.1 did you notice
The patch notes for 2.1 that everyone is talking about the auto rifles, please note the Pulse rifles they said were going to drop 8%(roughly) for all of them
Then they did the patch and hit it 14% on low rof pulse rifles
Why give us the notes, is it a typo also?
Now you say oni they added 5% to pve. Ok, but 14-5=9 and no where in notes did it say PvP vs pve
Ruminate on that my friends when you wonder why your rifle feels off.

2 RisposteIt actually was a partial mistake, they only actually got a 3-4% damage nerf in the crucible and the 14% or whatever it was, was a mistake made by deej who even said he made the mistake in the weekly update when he was trying to fix the auto rifle mistake
