I don't understand why we need to see that (nearly) everyone is level 40. Knowing someone's level is pointless, especially during raids and other high end game types. Hurray! You're level 40, welcome to the majority. Wouldn't it make more sense to have light levels next to players instead? It would be much easier to organise raids when you need the higher levels to do damage etc, instead of needing to look at the roster every time.
