On the balcony of a hotel, a certain enigmatic stranger looks out at the nighttime cityscape, bright headlights and red taillights moved through the city streets below. On the floor infront of the stranger lays a rectangular box with antennas and cables coming out of it, it looked like a relic of the past, but it served it's purpose well. The stranger turned knobs and dials to adjusted wavelengths and frequencies until just the right setting was found, and dialed. The signal went out, and with the set frequency, the call should reach the phone of a certain well known drug dealer regardless of location in the south american continent. Now all the stranger had to do was wait.
