Bungie keeps giving me the runaround after not giving me 1000 Silver I purchased.
Bungie has sent me the same email 3 times now, after I've verified my console, steps I've gone through, and transaction ID. They refuse to actually give me the 1000 silver I purchased, and never received.
How is this acceptable? At this point I don't even want the silver, I just want my money back.

In the same boat ,playstation says I bought wrong ps4 instead od Ps3 ,sent photos proving i did not ,they said basically tough contact Bungie ,well we all know thats a waste of time ,Bungie and playstaion must be raking a fortune in,and it seems nobody can do anything about it ,FRAUD

1 RispondiSame here. I bought the 2000 silver with a bonus 300. I only got 1200 silver. I sent them all the info they wanted and nada.
