Along with the 'The Hereafter' perk on the exotic snier, hereafter, which bears unflinching and optical zoom, it should bare also the perk 'shoot to loot'. The two perks are very weak. Optical zoom only zooms in a little and unflinching is almost useless to a sniper in some circumstances. So, a good way to give it a little boost, I think it should have shoot to loot. It's a decent perk but it's not so good. Anyone agree?
