At some point in your adventures you will come to see that some weapons/armor you may want to purchase require a certain amount of [b]Legendary Marks[/b] to be acquired prior to said purchase. Here are some tips on how to obtain them and a trick that our clan likes to do in order to get a few extra a week. [b]Tips:[/b] -Disassemble [i]*Year 2 Legendary weapons and armor[/i] to earn [b]3 to 5 Legendary Marks[/b]. -Complete [i]The Daily Story Chapters[/i] to earn [b]15 Legendary Marks[/b]. -Complete [i]Daily Crucible Activities[/i] to earn [b]15 Legendary Marks[/b]. -Complete [i]Strikes in the Vanguard Heroic Playlist[/i] to earn [b]10 Legendary Marks[/b]. [i]*Year 2 Legendary Weapons/Armor are represented by The Taken King symbol located in the top right corner of the selected weapon/armor picture[/i] [i](Side Note: some story quests will reward you with Legendary Marks also)[/i] [b]Trick:[/b] Once you hit [i] Level 38+[/i], [b]Field Test Weapons[/b] will unlock at the [b]Gunsmith[/b] in [b]The Tower[/b]. Each [b]Field Test Weapon[/b] has a certain requirement to be fulfilled in order to gather [i]100% Data[/i], granting you experience towards your[b] Gunsmith Rank[/b]. As you rank up you will be able to place [b]*Armsday Orders[/b] with the max of 3 orders **purchased at a time once the [b]Gunsmith Rank[/b] reaches [i]Rank 3[/i]. The orders cost [i]2500 Glimmer[/i] each, which if you have been following these tips you should have more than enough [b]Glimmer[/b] to place the orders you want. Not only can these orders be used to obtain weapons you may want to use they can also be an easy way to obtain [b]Legendary Marks[/b]. If you already have your class setup the way you like or are still waiting on that one weapon to show up for order, place the 3 [b]Armsday Orders[/b] regardless. Once received, dismantle the weapons to get [i]9-15[/i] extra [b]Legendary Marks[/b] a week. [i]*You can only make the 3 order purchases once a week with the orders needed to be in by the coming Sunday. Your orders can be picked up on Wednesdays. Field Test Weapons and Order Selections will also be reset allowing you to test weapons and place orders for the following week.[/i] [i]**If you want to change an order after already purchasing the 3 order maximum, you are able to discard the unwanted order which will make another order available to you.
