If they want a shot at the playoffs they need to start with Sean lee of defense. I'm more of a 49ers fan but also like the cowboys but I think playing romo wasn't for the W it was for the fan base and they took a risk and failed horribly. I think Americas team may need some years to recover and build again because romo only has about 3-4 more solid years left. To me there starting a decline but will see
