I speak for the parents of kids, full time employees, we that can't play as we used to anymore!

Independent of age, skill or time we spend playing Destiny, we all admire those players who excel in all kinds of challenges, and thus, are rewarded with things only them can get. But why not to compensate the effort of dedicated players, who due many different reasons cant form a Clan, constant fire team or farm enough for some loot? There is a bunch of metrics Bungie could monitor to cross them in a system that would drop some loots, not those End-game ones, they are for those who deserve them, but loot that would at least cap us to the 300 Light level? I have a pretty decent metrics/index that could influence drops for some player profiles / situations to make any one who only plays for one hour by the end of a full day... Comments?

There used to be a theory that the less you played the greater probability you had for receiving, sooner, the best loot. I played nightfalls on 2-3 characters for 6 months straight or so and never received a gjallarhorn. At the end of that run I was in the process of moving and installing Internet at my new home. My first nightfall when HoW released I finally got the coveted 'horn. It almost confirmed to me that bungie had an algorithm that incentivized casuals to reap great loot to increase their playtimes. I am not the only person who theorized this at the time; however, implementing something at current could protect the satisfaction of irregular players, or the antithesis of the elite, and it's not unworthy of consideration. Equity must be maintained but most certainly there is a demographic who feels slighted for a number of reasons, some of which are not their fault.
