Yup. That means they've tipped the scales again without actually creating anything that resembles balance. My main is a Titan, but I could care less about the nerf. This game is dying or maybe already dead. Ignoring the important issues and catering to PvP complaints instead is the poisoned apple. Bungie is great at putting band aids on little boo boos, but they continue to ignore the arterial bleed that is gushing out their player base.
